It shoots Telugu weddings across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Christian church weddings and Nikahs, and weddings across India, unposed and video-first, with a named shoot lead at every event, delivery dates written into the contract, and The Big Day app so families never chase an update. ## What The Big Day by Chai does
- **Wedding photography** - Traditional and candid photography of every event of a wedding, crewed ritual by ritual.
- **Wedding films** - Documentary wedding films and highlight films, planned on a Creative Crunch Call and edited to a written delivery date.
- **Pre-wedding shoots** - Two days of shooting, with locations, outfits and a song reference planned on a call with the shoot lead.
- **Wedding albums** - The Magnum album for the couple and Press Books for the parents, chosen live in one sitting.
- **Engagement, Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet and reception coverage** - Each event priced by the crew its ritual and crowd need.
- **Drone coverage** - Per event, at open venues.
- **Wedding live streaming** - A live room inside the wedding’s app link for guests who could not travel.

## How it works
1. **You book. That week, you meet your Happiness Manager.** One person owns your wedding from now until the album. Your delivery dates go into your contract, in writing.
2. **A month out, your shoot lead runs the Creative Crunch Call.** We plan the story, the songs and the family list together, and you see all of it in your Journey, with dates.
3. **Every event starts with your OTP.** You'll know who's coming and how many, ritual by ritual. The shoot begins only when you hand us the code, and the app shows the crew checked in.
4. **Within 24 hours: Few Snaps from every event.** A glimpse of everything, in your app, before the relatives have left the city.
5. **Then the dates do the talking.** All originals in 10–15 days. Photos, films and albums on the dates we wrote down. Every travel bill visible in Pay.

- Most quotations land between ₹3 and ₹6 lakh. The price comes from the events, the crowd at each one and the crew each ritual needs.

## Common questions
- **Do you make us pose?** For portraits, yes, but fast and natural, nothing held for minutes. At the wedding itself, never. We shoot what happens, and we make sure both families are in it.
- **What happens if a delivery is late?** Your Happiness Manager tells you before the date, with the new date and the reason. You should never discover a delay by asking. The penalty for a miss is written into your contract.
- **How many people will be at our wedding?** It depends on the event and the crowd. Your quotation lists the crew for every event. A typical wedding day has seven people; a large reception more.
- **When do we get everything?** Few Snaps in 24 hours, your SSD with all originals in 10–15 days, edited photos and films on the dates in your contract, and albums after you've picked your favourites with us.
- **Do you travel outside Hyderabad?** Yes. Inside Hyderabad's ORR, travel and stay are on us. Outside it, travel is billed at cost with every bill visible in your app, and the family arranges stay.
- **Why ₹3–6 lakh, and not a package?** Because no two weddings need the same crew. The price comes from your events, the crowd at each one, and the people each ritual needs. Build it yourself on Build Your Quote in a few minutes. Nobody calls until you ask.
- **What if our shoot lead falls sick?** A lead from the same pool steps in: someone who has run the same checklists and read your crunch-call brief. You're told before, not after, and the substitute has your family list and story notes in the app.
- **Can our parents get the app too?** Yes. You invite them at one of three levels: moments only, planning only, or everything. Most parents take moments only and open Few Snaps a hundred times.
- **Our muhurtham is at 4 am. Who covers that?** An early-morning session goes into your build: a traditional photo and video pair for Edurukolu, Kashi Yatra and the rest, before the main crew's session starts. It's asked at the Storyboard, priced there, and never a surprise on the day.
- **What actually happens at the Storyboard?** You bring both families' event list. We design the coverage event by event (crew, sessions, albums as a provision) and you see the price come from your wedding. Forty minutes, no pressure, and you leave with a written build you can sleep on.
